The key to SPC Click is threefold: the thickness of the core, the quality and thickness of the underlay, and the thickness of the wear layer. The thickness of the core is what gives it strength and durability. Our SPC Click is second to none ranging from a 3.5mm core to 5mm and always comes with an attached underlayment adding sound absorption, vapour barrier, and comfort. And we have a range of wear layers from 4 mil to 20 mil.

Depending on your goals for your floors, our SPC Click ranges from 5 year to 30 residential warranty (lifetime warranty is 25 years).

This Glue Down product is only 1.8mm thick with a 4 mil wear layer, which gives it a 10 year residential warranty.

Loose Lay Luxury Vinyl Plank is a fascinating product, and perhaps the most underestimated flooring. The easiest floor to install, when done properly, it boasts one of the most durable floors out there. Why? Because of the principles that whatever moves will wear out. There is no tongue or click mechanism with Loose Lay allowing it to endure the ages when installed properly.

The perimeter of the room requires a pressure sensitive latex based adhesive to secure the planks. After that, you simply place the planks in place, and Bob's your Uncle. 

Our Loose Lay comes with a waved back for better suction, four sided micro-beveled edges, a 4.5 mm core and .5mm wear layer (20 mil).
